Sharon Rosenzweig‑Lipson

Dr. Sharon Rosenzweig‑Lipson is Chief Scientific Officer at Life Biosciences and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across both large pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology firms. She has successfully advanced therapeutic programs from early discovery through Phase 2B clinical development. Her pharmaceutical career includes leadership roles at American Cyanamid, American Home Products, Wyeth, and Pfizer, where she led a team that achieved a successful Phase 2 proof-of-concept study and served as site head of the Princeton research facility. As Vice President of R&D at AgeneBio, she directed the development of the company’s lead asset through Phase 2B clinical trials and oversaw its preclinical discovery programs. Recognized globally for her scientific and strategic leadership, Dr. Rosenzweig‑Lipson has led translational research alliances and built high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on evidence-based decision-making. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in behavioral neuroscience from Harvard University.
